1. The organisation

This website is operated by Fundaţia Teatrul Tineretului din Bucureşti, NRN 984/B/1995, Strada Berăriei FN, 550173 Sibiu, Romania, Romania.

2. Use of the website

Content is provided in good faith for information purposes. Texts, photographs and the foundation's emblem are protected by copyright; non-commercial reproduction is permitted with attribution. Using the site for unlawful purposes, bulk automated scraping, or unsolicited messaging is prohibited.

3. Donations

• Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and used solely for the foundation's statutory purposes.
• A transfer made in error can be corrected on request within 14 days by writing to us by email.
• We issue written confirmation for every identifiable donation.

4. Volunteering

Volunteers sign a volunteering contract in line with Romanian Law no. 78/2014. Work involving minors requires checks and parental consent.

5. Event attendance

• Workshop places are limited; a sign-up does not guarantee a place until confirmed.
• The foundation may change or cancel an event for technical, weather or safety reasons, notifying participants as early as possible.
• Some events are photographed or filmed; tell the organisers if you do not wish to appear.
• Behaviour endangering the safety of other participants results in exclusion from the activity.

6. Liability

The foundation is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from here and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of these pages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Sibiu.
