Dorado Housing Development Corporation was incorporated on September 8, 2014 under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Classified under the category of Housing Services and organized as an Institutional Services corporation, it was established to address persistent needs for safe, decent and affordable housing on the island.

Since its founding, the corporation has worked alongside residents, community leaders, public agencies and academic institutions. Our approach is practical and human: we listen first, explain options clearly, and connect families with the resources and partners that can help them remain securely housed.

No part of the corporation's net earnings inures to the benefit of any director, officer or private individual. All resources are devoted to its charitable housing mission.
