Romanian cultural foundation · Est. 1995
For three decades our rehearsal rooms in Sibiu and Bucharest have been open to any young person willing to step into the light — no audition fee, no background required.
The Foundation was created in 1995 by a group of actors, teachers and parents who believed that a young person who learns to speak on a stage will speak up anywhere else in life. We began with a borrowed hall, twelve teenagers and a single stage light.
Today we run free weekly theatre workshops, produce community stage seasons, train stagecraft apprentices, and safeguard the repertoire and oral memory of Romanian youth theatre. Everything we do stays free or pay-what-you-can for the young people who take part.

Programmes currently running across Sibiu and Bucharest.
