2. Legal framework
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.
3. Data we process
- Members: name, date of birth, address, contact details, training and qualification records (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — membership).
- Enquirers: name and email you send us (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in replying).
- Event photographs: published on the basis of legitimate interest in documenting community life; you may object at any time.
- Children in youth programs: only with the written consent of a legal guardian.
4. Retention
Membership data for the duration of membership and up to 10 years thereafter for accounting and archival purposes; enquiries for up to 2 years.
5. Recipients
Membership data are shared with SH ČMS and the district association (OSH Mladá Boleslav) for registration and insurance. We never sell data.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz.
7. Cookies
