Eligibility

Likely requirements
- Organized and operated for charitable purposes
- In good standing under applicable law
- Able to provide basic governance and financial information
- Proposed use of funds aligned with ACQA's mission

Generally not eligible
- Individuals
- Partisan political activity
- Activities that discriminate unlawfully
- Purposes outside charitable aims
