Every programme below is delivered free of charge to participants and funded by donations, grants and partnerships.

Free Community Acting Workshops

Weekly evening sessions in voice, breath, movement, improvisation and text analysis. Groups are small (14 maximum) and mixed in age and background. Participants who stay a full term are invited into the community season cast.

Drama Therapy for Vulnerable Children

Structured therapeutic drama sessions run with a licensed therapist for children in placement centres, hospital schools and families under social protection. Focus on trust, voice and emotional articulation rather than performance.

Annual Youth Drama Festival

Five days each autumn: twenty amateur youth companies perform, attend masterclasses, and take part in open critique circles led by professional directors and critics. Travel and accommodation bursaries are available for rural companies.

Stagecraft Training & Apprenticeships

A practical route into technical theatre: lighting rigging and focus, sound operation, scenography construction, costume and stage management. Apprentices work on real productions and receive a written reference on completion.

Independent Playwright Incubator

Nine months of dramaturgical mentorship for emerging Romanian writers, with monthly table work, a translation strand into English, and a closing season of staged readings before an invited audience.

Educational Outreach in Underserved Schools

Our teaching artists travel to rural and low-income schools with a portable lighting kit and a two-hour introduction to performance, followed by a term of follow-up sessions where a teacher commits to hosting them.
