Public Benefit & Non-Profit Statement
Our foundation operates strictly on a public benefit, non-profit basis. All revenues, donations, grants, and operational resources are dedicated exclusively to advancing youth theater programs, arts education, and cultural access. No profits or financial dividends accrue to private individuals or board members.
The foundation is governed by its statutory board in accordance with Romanian legislation on associations and foundations. Programme budgets, donor allocations and annual activity reports are maintained at the registered headquarters and may be requested in writing at info@aqca.org.
