2. What data we collect

• Identification and contact data you voluntarily submit through the contact and volunteer forms: name, email address, optional phone number, and the content of your message.
• Donation data received by bank transfer (name, amount, reference), required for accounting and reporting.
• Participation data for workshops and performances, including parental consent for minors.
• We do not use tracking, advertising or profiling cookies on this website.

3. Legal basis and purpose

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — to reply to your enquiry and process volunteer sign-ups.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — for the accounting record of donations.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for participant safety during activities.

4. Email enquiries

The forms on this site open your own email client and send the message to the foundation's address. Emails are kept in the organisation's mailbox for a maximum of 24 months after the last correspondence, then deleted.

5. Retention and recipients

Accounting records are kept for 10 years as required by Romanian law. We never sell or rent personal data. Data may be accessed by our email and hosting providers acting as processors within the EU/EEA.

7. Minors

For participants under 16 we process data only with the written consent of a parent or guardian. Workshop photographs are published only under a separate consent, revocable at any time.
