Training sessions involving minors must be supervised by responsible adults. Activities are structured for the participant's age, maturity, equipment and safety readiness.

Parent or guardian consent
Minors participate only with appropriate consent and emergency contact information. Parents or guardians are encouraged to remain informed about schedules, risks and expectations.
Safe communication
Club communication with minors must be appropriate, transparent and connected to legitimate training or event purposes. Sensitive matters should include parents, guardians or designated officers.
Equipment and environment
Karting instruction requires safety briefings, protective equipment, controlled conditions, clear boundaries and immediate correction of unsafe behavior.
Reporting concerns
Any concern about a child's wellbeing, inappropriate conduct or unsafe practice should be reported to club leadership immediately for review and protective action.
