Welcome
The Armoury-Quadrangle Civic Association is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that represents residents and businesses in the Armoury-Quadrangle neighborhood of downtown Springfield. Our neighborhood is bordered by Byers, Dwight, Worthington and Temple Streets.
Within our boundaries, you will find STCC, the Museums at the Quadrangle, the Springfield Armory National Historic Site, the Central Library, and many other sites important to the history of Springfield.

The Redevelopment of our new Union Station has moved to a new phase with it’s opening and the first PVTA buses leaving from there at 4:30PM on June 25, 2017. This link is for a pdf of our version of the handout (given out June 25, 2017) showing the berth (Gate) where the buses leave from in the new Union Station for whatever routes you want to take. The map PVTA gave out is now online at this link.
This is the link to the PVTA system wide map.

We are also told by the police department that available by this link is the revised “Good Neighbor Handbook”. The community policing meeting for “Sector E” (our area) is on the First Thursday of each month. Contact the new Community Policing Citizen Liaison Magda Rodriguez at (413-787-6359) for more information about locations and such.
